Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Playforge Games ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you install, access, or play Jewel Blast (the "Game") on Android through Google Play. This Policy is intended to satisfy Google Play privacy policy and Data safety expectations and should be kept consistent with the actual app build and Play Console declarations.

By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not install or use the Game.

1. Summary of Our Data Practices

The Game does not require a player account and does not ask players to provide a name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera access, microphone access, or precise location.

The Game uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements.

The Game uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable to request and manage advertising consent choices.

The Game uses Google Play Billing through Unity/Gley Easy IAP for optional consumable coin purchases.

Unity Analytics is enabled to help us understand app usage, gameplay behavior, performance, and technical issues.

Game progress, coin balance, boosters, settings, level results, and similar gameplay data are stored locally on the device.

2. Information We Collect or Process

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

You are not required to create an account or provide personal information to play. If you contact us by email for support, privacy requests, or feedback, we may process your email address, message content, attachments, and any information you choose to include so that we can respond to you.

2.2 Information Processed Automatically

Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and use of the Game, the following categories may be processed by the Game or by integrated third-party SDKs:

Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language/region settings, screen resolution, network status, IP address, and diagnostic information.

Identifiers, such as Android Advertising ID, app set ID, Unity Analytics identifiers, Google Mobile Ads identifiers, and a locally stored device identifier used for local game continuity and security-related functions.

Gameplay and app activity, such as level progress, level results, scores, stars, coins, boosters, rewarded ad completion, ad views, app launches, session timing, in-game actions, and settings such as sound or vibration preferences.

Advertising data, such as ad requests, ad impressions, ad clicks, video views, reward completion, consent signals, and fraud-prevention signals.

Purchase data, such as the purchased product identifier, transaction status, order or receipt information, localized price, currency, and purchase-related game fulfillment data. We do not receive your full credit card number or payment account password from Google Play.

2.3 Local Storage

The Game uses Unity PlayerPrefs and obscured local storage to save gameplay data on your device. This may include current level, best scores, stars, coin balance, booster counts, first-play state, daily reward timing, purchase counters, ad reward counters, sound settings, and a locally stored device identifier. Local game data generally remains on your device until you delete the Game, clear app data, or the data is overwritten by gameplay.

3. How We Use Information

To provide and operate the Game, including gameplay, level progression, local saves, coins, boosters, rewards, sound settings, and vibration feedback.

To show advertisements, measure ad performance, prevent advertising abuse or fraud, and provide rewarded ad functionality.

To process optional in-app purchases, verify purchase status, and deliver purchased coin packs.

To understand app usage, gameplay balance, performance, and technical issues through analytics and diagnostics.

To maintain security, protect against cheating or abuse, debug errors, and comply with platform requirements.

To respond to support, privacy, or legal requests that you send to us.

4. Advertising and AdMob

The Game uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display ads. The Game may display banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. Rewarded ads are optional; when you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the Game uses the ad completion result to grant the advertised in-game reward.

Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share data such as IP address, user product interactions, diagnostic information, Android Advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google states that this data is encrypted in transit. Google's processing is governed by Google's own policies and controls.

Where required by applicable law, the Game may show a Google UMP consent form so that you can make or manage advertising consent choices. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You may also reset or delete your Android Advertising ID or manage ad personalization through your Android device settings.

5. Analytics and Diagnostics

Unity Analytics is enabled in the Game. Analytics may process pseudonymous app activity, gameplay progress, session activity, device information, app performance data, and diagnostic information to help us understand how the Game is used, improve gameplay, identify technical problems, and maintain app quality. We use analytics in a way that does not require you to provide a real name or account.

The current Android build does not activate Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, or AppsFlyer SDK based on the project configuration reviewed for this Policy. If we add materially different analytics or advertising SDKs in a later version, we will update this Policy and Play Console declarations as required.

6. In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional consumable coin purchases through Google Play Billing. Product examples in the current build include coin packs identified by Google Play product IDs such as coin50, coin100, coin175, coin250, and coin500. Purchase flow and payment processing are handled by Google Play. We receive information necessary to confirm the transaction and deliver the purchased in-game coins, such as product ID, transaction status, receipt/order information, localized price, currency, and purchase result.

Payment card numbers, Google account passwords, and other full payment credentials are processed by Google Play and are not collected by us through the Game. Refunds and purchase disputes are generally handled through Google Play in accordance with Google Play policies.

7. Android Permissions Used

The current Android build may request or include the following permissions through Unity, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play Billing, and related Android libraries:

The Game does not request camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, SMS, call log, precise location, or photo/video/media library permissions in the reviewed Android build.

8. Third-Party Services

The Game uses or may rely on the following third-party services. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and contractual terms:

Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK / Google UMP: advertising, ad measurement, consent management, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure: https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure.

Google Play Billing: in-app purchase processing and purchase verification. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Unity Technologies / Unity Analytics: app analytics, diagnostics, and service operation. Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.

We are responsible for keeping this list accurate for the Game build we publish. If we add, remove, or materially change third-party services, we will update this Policy where required.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Game is a mobile application and does not use traditional website cookies for normal gameplay. However, mobile SDKs may use technologies similar to cookies, such as advertising identifiers, app instance identifiers, local storage, cached files, device signals, and consent strings to operate ads, analytics, purchases, fraud prevention, and app functionality.

10. How Information Is Shared

We may share or make information available in the following limited circumstances:

With service providers and SDK providers, including Google and Unity, so they can provide advertising, analytics, consent, purchase, security, and platform services used by the Game.

With Google Play for purchase processing, transaction verification, refunds, fraud prevention, and compliance with Google Play rules.

When required by law, regulation, legal process, governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the Game, Playforge Games, or others.

In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data may be processed by advertising partners to provide and measure ads, including personalized advertising where permitted by law and your choices. Depending on your jurisdiction, this may be considered a "sale", "sharing", or use for targeted advertising, and you may have opt-out rights.

11. Retention

Local gameplay data is retained on your device for as long as the Game remains installed or until you clear app data. Support emails are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations. Purchase records and analytics data may be retained by Google, Unity, and other applicable service providers according to their own retention practices and legal obligations.

Because the Game does not require an account, uninstalling the Game or clearing local app data may permanently remove local progress unless a platform or device backup independently preserves it.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed. Local data is protected in part by the mobile operating system's app sandbox and, for some values, local obfuscation. Third-party SDKs such as Google Mobile Ads state that collected SDK data is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. International Processing

The Game and third-party services may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your location. Where required, we and our service providers rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for international data transfers.

14. Children's Privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13 years old or the equivalent minimum age under applicable local law. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. The current advertising configuration reviewed for this Policy is not marked as child-directed.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at sifreliders@gmail.com. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without required parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise address that information.

15. Your Choices and Rights

Advertising choices: You can manage ad personalization, reset or delete your Android Advertising ID, or use available privacy controls in your Android device settings. Where a consent form is shown, you may use it to manage applicable ad consent choices.

Local data: You can delete local gameplay data by clearing the Game's app data in Android settings or uninstalling the Game. This may remove progress, coins, boosters, settings, and other local saves.

Support communications: You can contact us at sifreliders@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where those rights apply under your local law.

Provider controls: Google and Unity may provide their own privacy controls and request mechanisms for data they process as independent controllers or service providers.

We may need to verify your request before responding. Because the Game does not require an account, we may have limited ability to identify or retrieve information associated with a particular device unless you provide enough context for us to locate the relevant records.

16. Legal Bases for EEA, UK, and Similar Regions

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:

Contractual necessity to provide the Game, local gameplay features, rewards, and in-app purchase fulfillment.

Consent for personalized advertising and similar processing where consent is required.

Legitimate interests to maintain, secure, analyze, improve, and support the Game, including non-personalized ads, fraud prevention, and performance measurement, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Legal obligations to comply with tax, accounting, consumer protection, platform, or regulatory requirements.

17. U.S. State Privacy Notices

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, or receive a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing practices. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising SDK processing may be considered targeted advertising or sharing under some U.S. state privacy laws. You may exercise applicable rights by contacting us at sifreliders@gmail.com and by using Android and in-app consent controls where available.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Game, SDKs, legal requirements, or our data practices. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and, where required, provide additional notice through the Game, store listing, or other appropriate means.
