This page explains how AskChat users can request deletion of their account and associated data. If you used Google Sign-In or created an account in AskChat, you may request deletion of your account and related data using the steps below.

How to request account deletion

You can request deletion of your AskChat account and associated data in either of the following ways:

Inside the app: Open AskChat, go to the account/settings area, and use the account deletion option if available.
By email: Send a deletion request to: sifreliders@gmail.com

What to include in your email

To help us identify your account, please include:

The email address used to sign in to AskChat
A short statement such as: “I request deletion of my AskChat account and associated data.”

What data may be deleted

When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize account-related data associated with your AskChat account, which may include:

Account identifier and sign-in related profile information
Chat history stored by AskChat, if associated with your account
Generated content history stored by AskChat, if associated with your account
Credit, usage, and subscription-related app records linked to your account where applicable

Data that may be retained

Some limited data may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons. For example, subscription and payment records may also be managed by Google Play according to Google Play’s own policies.

Processing time

We will process account and data deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request. If additional verification is needed, we may contact you using the email address provided in the deletion request.
