Privacy Policy — Block Bloom: Block Puzzle
This Privacy Policy explains how Playforge Games ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in Block Bloom: Block Puzzle, an Android game distributed through Google Play (the "Game"). It also explains the choices available to you. The Game is intended for people 13 years of age and older.
1. Information handled by the Game
Game data stored on your device
The Game does not require an account. It stores progress and preferences locally using Unity PlayerPrefs. This can include scores, levels, stars and in-game currency, boosters, current run data, tutorial progress, audio and haptic settings, and local counters used to limit or verify rewarded-ad benefits.
We do not operate a game-account server and do not upload these save files to Playforge Games servers. Android or Google backup features, if enabled on your device, may handle local app data under your device and Google account settings.
Data processed for advertising and privacy choices
The Game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) for advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable consent and privacy choices. When these services operate, Google and participating advertising technology providers may automatically collect or receive:
- Your IP address, which may be used to estimate an approximate location. The Game does not request precise GPS location permission.
- Device and app identifiers, including the Android advertising ID when available, the app set ID, and other identifiers used by the advertising services.
- Advertising and app-interaction information, such as app launches, taps, ad requests, impressions, video views, and interactions with ads.
- Technical and diagnostic information, such as app or SDK performance, launch time, hangs, and related error information.
- Consent status, privacy selections, and signals used to decide which privacy message or ad-serving mode applies.
The availability and use of identifiers and personalized advertising depend on your device, region, privacy choices, and the advertising services' settings. We may see aggregated AdMob reports, such as ad impressions and estimated revenue, but we do not receive your local game save file from AdMob.
The Game does not request camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or precise location permissions for gameplay.
Information you choose to send us
If you email us for support, a privacy request, or an inappropriate-ad report, we receive the email address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to include.
The Game's ad-report feature can prepare an email draft containing the app version, device model, and the most recent ad response ID when available. The draft is not sent to us unless you choose to send it from your email app.
2. Why information is used
Local save data operates the Game, remembers your progress and settings, and prevents duplicate or excessive in-game rewards.
Advertising and consent-related data may be used to display and measure ads, apply your privacy choices, limit ad frequency, prevent invalid traffic or fraud, and maintain the security and performance of the advertising services.
We use emails you send us to answer your request, investigate an ad report, or fulfill applicable legal obligations.
The Game does not currently offer in-app purchases or require payment information. It does not use a separate Playforge Games account system. Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, and Unity Cloud Diagnostics are not enabled in the current project configuration; this does not mean that AdMob itself processes no advertising or diagnostic data.
3. Advertising and consent
The Game may show banner ads, interstitial ads at natural breaks in play, and optional rewarded ads. A rewarded benefit is granted only after the ad service confirms the reward.
You can continue core gameplay without consenting to personalized advertising, although ad availability and the type of ads shown may change.
On each Android launch, the Game asks UMP to update the privacy status applicable to your device and shows a message when required. The Game requests ads only when UMP reports that ad requests are allowed.
Where UMP requires a privacy-options entry point, you can revisit eligible choices in Settings → Ads & Privacy → Privacy Choices. A changed choice applies to later ad requests.
You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID through your device's privacy or advertising settings.
Declining personalized ads does not necessarily stop all advertising-related processing. Depending on the applicable consent and ad-serving mode, Google may still use limited information for contextual or non-personalized ads, reporting, security, fraud prevention, or frequency limiting. The consent form presents more specific purposes and providers where required.
4. Who receives information
Google receives information through AdMob and UMP to provide ads, privacy messages, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
Advertisers and participating advertising technology providers may receive information needed to select, deliver, or measure ads, subject to applicable choices and their own policies.
Our email provider processes correspondence you choose to send us. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, address fraud, or resolve a dispute.
An advertisement may open a third-party app or website. Its operator's privacy practices are governed by its own notice, not this Policy.
For more about Google's handling of data, see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services .
5. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the Game's app data or uninstall it. We do not have a Playforge Games server copy to delete. If Android or Google backup has retained app data, manage that backup through your device or Google account settings.
We keep support, ad-report, and privacy-request correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the matter and, where necessary, satisfy legal, security, or dispute-resolution obligations. We then delete or de-identify it.
You may request deletion of information you sent directly to us by emailing sifreliders@gmail.com with the subject Privacy Request.
Google and other advertising providers retain data according to their own policies and applicable choices; we cannot directly delete records that only they hold.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of targeted advertising or certain data sharing. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Contact sifreliders@gmail.com with the subject Privacy Request and describe your request and jurisdiction. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify and respond to it.
Because the Game has no account and we do not receive your Android advertising ID in support email, an email alone may not identify records held only by Google or an ad provider. The in-game privacy choices, Android advertising settings, and the provider's own privacy controls are the most direct ways to change future ad processing.
7. Children and teenagers
The Game is intended for users 13 years of age and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not ask users under 13 to send personal information to us.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 sent us information directly, email sifreliders@gmail.com so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
Users aged 13–17 and their parents or guardians may also contact us about privacy questions or rights.
8. International processing and security
Google, advertising partners, and our email provider may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Their privacy notices explain their practices and applicable transfer safeguards.
Advertising data handled by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. We use reasonable measures to protect correspondence we receive, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Local game data is also subject to the security and backup settings of your Android device.
9. Changes and contact
We may revise this Policy if the Game, its advertising services, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide any additional notice or consent required by applicable law.
